If your score is low, it doesn't mean failure or that you aren't a good massage therapist or bodyworker; it simply means you might want to pay more attention to finding support and nourishment. Keep in mind your score can go up and down throughout the year. 50–60 points: Excellent. You're doing a great job of taking care of yourself. Keep up the good work. 40–49 points: Very good. You take good care of yourself. Since you are obviously so aware of the need for self-care and support, you might want to work on improving the areas where you received a low score. 30–39 points: An okay score. However, your work life sounds like a bit of a struggle. To avoid a downward spiral, you might want to add some extra self-care and/or fun to your life. 20–29 points: Not good. You're probably on a path to burnout. Consider bringing more nurturing and support into your work life. 0–19 points: Danger zone. If you're not burned out now, you will be soon. Seriously consider taking a little time off to reassess your priorities.
