Spread on a large cookie sheet or roasting pan. Roast for about 35-40 minutes in a 350°F oven, stirring from time to time. Remove and garnish with parsley. Enjoy! Organic Sunflower Sprout Salad 6 servings 1 pound organic sunflower sprouts 2 tablespoons organic olive oil 3 teaspoons organic lemon juice ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt In a large bowl, mix sunflower sprouts, green onion, shredded carrots, and the sliced red onion. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pour this dressing over the salad and let marinade. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy! Jalapeño Bison Burgers 6 Servings Burger Ingredients: 2.5 pounds grass-fed bison ¼ cup organic lime juice 4 teaspoons dried organic oregano 4 teaspoons organic cumin powder 2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt 1 teaspoon organic black pepper Mix the first six ingredients for the burgers. Form the burgers into 6 patties. Grill on each side just long enough for the dark grill lines to appear (about 3 minutes on each side). Remove from the grill and bake on a small cookie sheet on the bottom rack of the oven until internal temperature of 155°. Transfer burgers to a plate or another sheet after 5 minutes to avoid coagulation of fat on the bottom of the burger. Mix the next six ingredients for the chimichurri in a food processor.
