Often times what they want not only will not meet their body's demand for proper nutrition but it can cause some health issues including obesity, poor gut health, poor immunity and dehydration. Here are some house rules that we go by in order to avoid the "Snack Trap": ♥ You always have a glass of water before you have any other type of drink. ♥ You must finish all your three meals or else they become your next snack. ♥ Snacking past dinner time is a rare treat reserved for movie / game nights.
